As an SLP it is important to be able to leave a comment in the supplemental attendance stating if the student was absent. Without this ability, we have no way to track the number of absences in the system. When attending an IEP for a child that has missed several sessions it is helpful to be able to print out the comments to show administration and parents. Also, it allows me to be able to comment on why I was not able to see the student, other than them being absent (e.g., sleeping in the classroom, behaviors)

It is very important for Itinerant Service Staff to print the SUPPLEMENTAL ATTENDANCE REPORT. This allows us to have a printed record for each student to track absent/present for their sessions.
Also, It is very important for us to be able to write in the comment box if the minutes are synchronous vs. asynchronous. This is extremely important during this time of Distance Learning.
