It would be nice if there was a weekly meeting to demonstrate revision notes or explain functionality changes (by region). This way all users have an opportunity to see how new features work or hear the benefits at the same time. Customers would benefit from a regularly scheduled Revision Notes meeting. Otherwise, Aeries team has to field individual tickets from individual customers (maybe more at one site) to explain individual features when they don't understand or when the knowledgebase has not been updated.1 vote
