CRDC Course Groupings
I would like to be able to use State Course Codes to group the Courses in addition to selecting individual Course records on the Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) setup form. IE: State codes 9255 = Geometry. This would reduce the set-up time.

Civil Rights Data Collection – The Courses tab has been updated to include selections for Computer Science and AP Computer Science. The corresponding calculations have also been updated. Also, added capability to filter by State Course ID (Service ID for Texas users).

Add Field for Gender Identity for 2023-24 CRDC Reporting
5 votesHello, this idea (or bug) has been completed in the 5/21/2024 update. Here are the Revision Notes:
Student Data > Guidance > Victims - The Gender Identity field (VIC.BG) was added to the Victims table and is displayed under Basis of Harassment. The field can be used to track students who are victims of gender identity harassment and will be used in the future for the 2023-2024 Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) submission.

CRDC - Update Algebra I Passed Logic to Only Check if the Student Passed the Course in the Administration Year
The Algebra I Passed counts should be based solely on the Algebra I classes taken during the administration year and the grades received during the administration year. Any prior year achievement, or lack thereof, in Algebra I classes should have no effect on the Algebra I Passed counts.

CRDC - Allow for Preschool Grade Levels Other Than -2
Allow for Preschool Grade Levels Other Than -2. Some districts use grades > 13 to identify Preschool students. In Texas both grades -1 and -2 may include preschool students as defined by CRDC guidelines.

Please include the Preschool Module PreSchool Enrollment (PSCH-1) data in the Civil Rights Data Collection extract in Aeries.
