   Hello, I wanted to let you know that work on this item was completed and it was released to customers on 1/14/2025. Here are the relevant revision notes:

   
   

   School Info > Imports and Exports > Escape HR Custom Import - Logging was added to the process in order to allow identification of issues in the import process. The logging includes the scheduled tasks initiation time, task execution steps, the success or failure of each step with detailed error messages for failures, permissions or access issues encountered, network connectivity status during execution, and any anomalies detected. See Escape HR Custom Import.

2. Aeries Financials (LT) - Hide Target Date and remove all references in Aeries

   Aeries Financials (LT) no longer uses a Target Date. Hide Target Date and remove all references in Aeries.

   Hello, the idea (or bug) has been completed in the 5/18/23 update.  Here are the Revision Notes:

   • Attendance Notification - The page now supports a second start time for ParentSquare attendance notifications. Flex schools can now enter AM and PM start times. See Aeries Communications - Attendance Notifications Configuration

7. Update API V5 Parentsquare endpoint to not include the TCH table when matching ID to UGN.SID when school is Flex or Section Staff

   Adjust the API Staff endpoint for Parentsquare to not look at the TCH table for schools that are Flex or Section Staff only. The ID should pull from the Section Staff (SSE) and/or Staff (STF) tables and matched to the UGN.SID.

   Hello, the idea (or bug) has been completed in the 8/11/2022 update.  Here are the Revision Notes:

   • Aeries API - In certain cases at Section Staff schools, the Staff endpoint of the Aeries API (version 5) referenced Teacher table records (TCH) when determining staff school access, fixed. The endpoint now references Staff (STF) table records. See Aeries Communications - ParentSquare - Aeries Mapping.
