Allow for non-grid layout. I have my desks at angles and in curves. The grid doesn't represent that easily.

I have 7 tables in my classroom with up to 6 students at each table. I have my room set up with 10 columns and 8 rows. I would like to have the option to make tables to have students be randomly placed in those tables.

Teachers want it more like Gradebook Pro
1. Need for furniture - You need to be able to fill in the empty seats so it looks like the room layout.
2. Need to be able to randomize the kids without losing the layout - for example i want to shuffle my kids at the quarter, but when I do it in Aeries it just puts them at the top of the room. It must keep my layout.
3. Make it fit on one screen on the computer and one page when printed. I can't even use the Aeries chart because of my desk layout. I have to shrink the fonts and screenshot if I have any chance of printing it.

I am curious, do you mean allow desks to be at 30, 45, or 60 degree angles to the paper instead of just columns and rows?
