Allow teachers to exclude individual assignments from being considered in the 'Drop Lowest Score' rule
One possible scenario includes dropping the lowest test score before the final, WITHOUT dropping the final.

We want to use score dropping (Rules) but would like to define some scores as "Cannot be Dropped" to exclude them from the rule.

Another scenario would be dropping the lowest test/quiz score but preventing a 0 received for academic dishonesty to be dropped.
