Phone Usage
Please add a way to log phone usage before it is on progress reports. If there was a seperate area so teachers could log it and parents could see it, parents would be very surprised. Hearing excessive phone usage at progress reports would be much more convincing if they could see how often they are on their phones during school.

The Pre‑Referral to Interventions process is intentionally designed to support this exact type of documentation. It provides a structured way for teachers to record ongoing concerns—such as excessive phone use—over time, ensuring patterns are documented consistently and shared appropriately as part of the intervention process.
This approach helps maintain context, aligns documentation with instructional and behavioral supports, and ensures concerns are addressed through established channels rather than as standalone data points.
