  1. Allow "* - Based on Cumulative Grades" message to appear on Grade report cards without printing class rank

    Ever since we stopped printing Class Rank on report cards, we also lost the ability to print the message "* - Based on Cumulative Grades" that used to appear next to GPA, even though the report still includes the asterisk "*".

    We definitely do NOT want the Class Rank to show but could we get the "* - Based on Cumulative Grades" message back?
