Currently the Options tab has a button at the bottom to quickly copy gradebook options to other gradebooks. This is a suggestion to add a similar button to the Categories tab. An example of when this would be useful is when a teacher creates new gradebooks for their second term. They can mass create the gradebooks, then link them (optional), then copy the options from their old gradebook, but to copy the categories over the only way is to restore them from a backup which has to be done one period at a time. Having a button at the bottom of the Categories page to quickly push the categories to other gradebooks would be a nice feature to add.

Having one gradebook for an entire year is also a solution, however some teachers prefer to have a completely separate gradebook at the beginning of each term.
