    We have district staff that should only be able to view grades, not change them, that need to be able to run report card reports occasionally (student records requests).

    Just ran into this again today. This is a nice report that would provide nice reporting flexibility if it could honor the KEEP/SKIP .

    Another FUN fact. During rollover, the ITE is not cleared out. So for students that have a ITE for the current year permit, the NIT and NTD are copied over IT, ITD.... but ITE remains! It seems like it should be cleared to me instead of leaving the data from the previous permit.

    I like the idea of an informational boxes (or labels) that would allow adding additional notes for the user. Having an overall note at the top or maybe a note above/below a particular field could be useful.

    I have had this problem as well. It is a pain. However, In my experience "one day before the enrollment" probably won't quite work either.

    I have been manually manipulating CALPADS enrollment records so that the SPED records will post as needed.

    The main problem is that CALPADS wants an SENR record that covers the SPED meeting/amendment date. This probably won't be the enrollment start date.

    Based upon the guidance in Flash 161 (https://www.cde.ca.gov/ds/sp/cl/calpadsupdflash161.asp)
    the enrollment start date should be the parental consent date. However, the determination of eligibility meeting happens at a later date, and it is this meeting/amendment date that acts as the key member for the SPED record, which requires a covering SENR record.
    What I'm not sure of is if Aeries would have all the needed information to correctly choose a date in all circumstances. :(
    It would be great if we could develop a solution for this.
