Additional thoughts now that CALPADS has switched to the SINF file format with multiple guardian fields.
The education level is required for reported guardians. The reported education level is then used as a factor for determining socio-economic disadvantaged status. When multiple guardians are reported, if one of the guardians have the 15 - Decline status ... then the student will automatically not qualify. However, IF only one guardian is reported then ONLY that guardian's ed level would be required.
The flowchart based algorithm can include unexpected/undesired contacts as part of the reported guardians. This can cause SINF submission errors and worse - possibly incorrect socio-economic status determination.

If this is referring to the list of entered interventions on the right side of the page... Yes, I would also like the page layout changed. I think if it functioned like the assertive discipline page (having a list of prior entries to select... then once one is selected have a dropdown of entries and show the selected incident details) that would be nicer and more consistent.
We have users that don't see the list on the far right (perhaps screen resolution... or maybe just not expecting a list of prior entries to be in that location).
Having the list of selectable records further to the left in the page layout would be more friendly to the user.
** the pre-referral interventions page also has this issue.

The current No Show / SWR editing logic in Demographics REALLY sets us up for failure!
The SWR needs to be taken into consideration as well. The proposed logic for defaulting a useful SLD still stands. The 160 code (likely anything other than 470) will corrupt the prior year ENR record and force the LD to be the SLD.
We have a few hundred corrupted ENR records due to either bad defaulted SWD values or the use of 160 as the SWR with a SLD in the current year.
The No Show manager really needs to help staff avoid these obvious errors!

This is a problem for us this year as well. Having to go manually clean up the defaulted No Show dates for the students that had been continuously enrolled to be the last day of the previous year.
Thought of a slightly simpler logic check for the No Show manager:
IF the school start date is in a previous school Year (this implies continuous enrollment) use the last day of the previous school year
IF the school start date is in the current school Year, use the default No Show dateChris Holloway

Since Aeries IMPORTS the ELPAC test results with an AELPAC TST.ID if the type is 'alternate'... I really don't understand why the Alternate version of the ELPAC test wasn't simply added to the filters of the State Test Tab when originally implanted!

Further, the flowchart algorithm currently includes "has portal access" as a determiner for being included as a reported contact. We have had a case when a grandmother that does not live with the student, but had portal access was included in the SINF as a guardian. We do not believe that simply having been granted portal access should qualify as being a reportable guardian to CALPADS.
