The current menu for Early Childhood Development (Texas) has the code table description but not the actual code. Data entry would be easier if the number were in the menu.

UC/CSU Eligibility Report- Grade Waiver "X" Not Calculating Correctly
It appears that in using the "X" grade on a transcript for validation purposes to meet A-G i.e. test out for world language where a student demonstrated proficiency of a world language by testing out. The UC/CSU eligibility report will not calculate this validation. It looks like the validation in the UC/CUS eligibility report is tied to credits earned. For instance, in the provided example (attachment) because credits are 0, it is still showing as student needing 20 credits of world langauge. Add Dual Enrollment Credit School and College Credit Hours in Scheduling
The Dual Enrollment Credit School and College Credit Hours fields have to be manually entered. For each student and each course. For a district that has over 500 students taking college courses, some of them more than one college course, putting the data in manually for each course is not feasible. If those fields were in the SEC or CRS tables it would alleviate many hours (days, even) of manual entry.

Batch marking assignments complete after an overnight auto Google Classroom Sync
When grades are imported from Google Classroom, they are not marked complete. You must individually mark each assignment complete by using the drop-down, then Aeries spins to make new calculations before you can move on to the next assignment. Can you please make a way that we can batch mark assignments complete? Perhaps an assignments page where you can mark them from there and then save that page?
This is different from when manually entering grades and it defaults to making the assignment as complete when entering in grades.

Allow teachers the keep function to better server students.
To make analytics more meaningful to teachers, they would like to be able to target specific students. Teachers however are unable to keep students they have identified in Aeries Analytics. The keep statement would allow them to create items in Aeries Analytics and keep track of their educational trends in real time.

Provide the option to add an image in SBG report card anywhere in the body.
Allow customization of SBG report card layout build by allowing (1) portrait with three columns with the left-hand side column being English (correspondence language) and the other right-hand side column be in another language (e.g. home language). The middle column would be the grade that the student received. This would allow for families to read/view the report card, as well as the student.

Sort MST Board & Flex SMS Board & Classes page headers by the flex period # instead of flex period time
Can we add an option to sort the display of the MST board & Flex SMS Board and Classes page by the flex period # instead of the flex period time? My sites are used to seeing the display by period#, and the display by time confuses them, especially when they have paired the periods i.e. 1 & 4, 2 & 5, 3 & 6 have the same start and end times, and 1,2,3 are on A-Day and 4,5,6 are on B-Day.

Attendance by Month (Starting 1st day of each Month) Report?
If there was an ability to have a report that could be ran that would report attendance by Month (Starting on the 1st day vs how all the other reports are now) that would be extremely helpful in certain scenarios.

Notification for partial/incomplete enrollments
One of our site secretaries is suggesting:
"It advises us if a parent completes an online enrollment. It does not notify us if an enrollment is incomplete (called partial) for our school. It should
There is a partial list we can filter for our school, but we all have to remember to look at it. I had not remembered it until someone called to ask if I had their enrollment"

Online Enrollment: Please add a help button for parents who require assistance
Online registration system that has a "Help" button that: (a) sends an alert to a designated district employee who can reach out with paper or electronic copies of required forms, and (b) overrides the requirement for document upload so that parents can finish the registration process.

Bell Schedule in the Calendar DAY, the DAY.BS column is still 0
When you apply a Bell Schedule in the Calendar DAY, the DAY.BS column is still 0, even after you apply the Bell Schedule BSD Key to a day on DAY. So the FK from BSD to DAY is SC, BS, but DAY.BS is always 0.
Adding a Bell Schedule in the Calendar DAY, I think should record the BDS.KY into DAY.BS, but DAY.BS is always blank. Ticket Reference 3085277 votes -
IEP/504 Notification
I want every teacher's gradebook, attendance roster, etc. to have the code "IEP" or "504" next a students name (as a link to the uploaded IEP/504 or to a field with accommodation/modification information) in the same way it says "SSA" for students who have been suspended. When entering grades in the gradebook, teachers often forget which students need modified grading and what those modifications are. This also allows teachers immediate access to this information.

Ability to link Specific Aeries Academy Links to a New User's - Prompted to complete upon first log in
I was wondering if the amazing programmers at Aeries would be able to add hyperlinks to online self-paced trainings relevant to specific tasks in Aeries that can then be linked to an user account. When the new user logs into Aeries, they would be prompted to proceed with all the trainings linked to their user account. They would not be permited to proceed and utilize Aeries; no "skip" option. The user must complete the self paced training(s) that are linked to their Aeires user account. HR would be able to see the expected time needed for a user to complete…

Ability to Override API Data by Vendor
Sometimes the way we have data in Aeries causes issues with a vendor. For example, we bus students between schools every period for singleton classes that are only offered at one school. This can cause issues with vendors that are rostering classes based on school and section rather than period and staff member.
A lot of issues like this could be resolved by my staff if we could modify the data using data mapping rules similar to CALPADs extracts. For example, we could upload all students and classes as a District instead of schools so that a teacher can see…
