Transcripts-Dual Enrollment Credit School-Allow to Pull from CHI vs. LOC table
A programming change occurred within the last two years to only allow the Dual Enrollment credit school to be entered from the LOC table instead of the CHI table. This is causing issues for us because there are times when students are enrolled at an out of district school when the Dual Enrollment course was completed and when they transfer to our district we need to enter the credit school as the out of district school and not a school within our district. Create a report that contains GPA calculations per term
When you print a transcript, you can see each term (per year) contains a GPA calculation. Though on Aeries, there is no report that contains this kind of data, it is something we have to calculate on a spreadsheet. Would be helpful to have a report within Aeries can be adjusted and downloaded that contains GPA calculations based on the term you select from previous years, not just recent.

Add the ability to assign CA specific settings at the course level instead of section level. Such as Local Assignment Options and Instructional Strategy.

Need the ability for Teachers to be alerted when students enrolled in their class have received an Administrative Decision such as placement in In School Suspension or DAEP.

ADA-Calculate 3/4 of an ADA option
CDE recently changed Ed Code 46146 and 46146.5 specify minimum day requirements for dually enrolled students to allow us to claim ADA for a student only attending part time with us their High School and part time as a college student however there is no additional options in AERIES to calculate this. An option in AERIES would be very helpful in order for us to calculate this as accurate as possible.

Attendance Dashboard -Present and Absent column needs to count enrollment for Flex / Period / Positive schools
On the Attendance Dashboard, calculate and display the enrollment under Present totals in a Flex school with period/positive attendance schools.

Transcripts - Display student's legal and preferred name
With student identity at the forefront, student's are changing their names in Aeries, we move legal name to the LSI fields for legal name and gender, but on transcripts students have to choose either to have their preferred name listed (unofficial transcript) or legal name shown (official transcript). I am requesting the option to add preferred name to show up along with legal name - basically allow both names to be listed on the transcript instead of choosing one or the other.

Pre-Referral Interventions - Refer button for teachers

Apparently for Teachers, in order for the "Refer to Intervention" button to appear, in addition to the Read and Insert permission.... something needs to be entered on all four tabs: Details, Interventions, Reasons, Parent Meetings and Contacts.
This requirement is NOT called out in the documentation page:

Suggestions:
1) If all that is required to create a referral is Read and Insert on the RFI table (as is suggested by the documentation), then enable the button if the user has those privileges…3 votes -

Generate Report Card History all at once in addition to by grade level at each school
Currently, we have to go to each school and click on Generate Report Card History and change grade levels and click again. I hope there is a way to do this for all grade levels by each site, if not at the district level.

Add Legal Name option for Printing Student Withdrawal Form
Currently there is no option to print legal name on the student withdrawal form. This is forwarded to the new district and they are unable to find the student with the preferred name only.
