Immunization report to follow-up on exemptions
Immunization status report - need a new report or an enhancement to the current one. The nurses need a report that lists students that currently have exemptions or need follow-up and are coded as such. Requesting the report to include vaccine name with the exemption, the exemption code, date and comments.

New Features
- Student Immunization Status Report - The Students with Expired Exemptions option was added allowing users to generate a list of students with an exemption that expired on or before the selected process date. See Immunizations.
I am marking this Idea complete as we have completed the following:
· The Immunization page now highlights in red if the Exemption Expiration Date is today or prior
· The Student Immunization Status report has an option to print for Students with Expired Exemptions.
This Report currently does not include the following but this are being considered in NexGen:
· the exemption code
· comments
· follow-up dates under Status of Requirements sections of the Immunization page.

Seniors Lacking Credit for Graduation report needs to honor Keep/Skip queries
It would be nice to be able to use keep/skips for reports like for the "Seniors Lacking Credit For Graduation By Subject" report. We use to be able to do this in CS

District Year to Date Attendance (YTD) Report
The Year to Date Attendance (YTD) Report when run from the District - remove the District option in the school selection dropdown; individual schools print at the District level and that functionality should be kept

Golden State Seal Merit Diploma - Add CA Science Test Criteria
The Golden State Seal Merit Diploma (GSS) has added the CA Science Test (CAST) in grades 10 or 11 as an additional method to demonstrate mastery in Science. Please add this to the Golden State Seal page.

Print SBG Report Card - Remove "All" from Grades Selection When Grade Levels Use Different Report Card Types
The "All" option should be removed from the Grades dropdown in the Print SBG Report Cards when the grade level report card layouts in SBG Options are not all identical. Currently the "All" is still available if there are no students in the grade level with the differing report card layout.

Copy ELPAC to LAC not including all parts from the test administration
ELPAC now coming in with different dates on sub-parts of the test. Same Testing Administration. Causing an issue with Copy ELPAC to LAC. Only taking the parts with the most recent date, so only copied one sub-test. Need to change the Copy ELPAC scores to LAC to copy all scores with common Test Admin, as determined by the most recent date.

Delete Partial Enrollments from Import Screen
Please add the ability for users to delete partial (incomplete) enrollment for Online Enrollment while in the AIR Import screen. Currently, it can only be done by SQL query and regular secretaries and registrars don't have access to do this.

Modify the Section Staff Search at the school level, to include teachers assigned with a Primary school at the district
Please modify the section staff search to include teachers who are assigned to the district. This will allow them to be assigned to a master schedule at a school.

CALPADS SPRG Reconciliation needs to create Delete records
Adjust the SPRG ODS Reconciliation process to create Delete records for programs that are in the CALPADS ODS but not in Aeries. Currently, the process only compares existing program records.

Include all past, current, future classes in OneRoster Enrollments endpoint
Would like an option to include past, current, and future classes in the OneRoster "enrollments" API endpoint. Using SEC, current and future classes are available but using CAR, past and current classes are available, but there is no way to get all from the enrollments endpoint at this time.

Classroom Attendance - Display Additional Student Data Fields
To help with Hybrid instruction, - Display Additional Student Data Fields on the Classroom Attendance page.
For A/B Groups of students, students will be flagged using a Student User Code field. This information can be displayed to teachers on the Teacher Attendance page, but if office staff have to take attendance for a teacher, the Classroom Attendance page also need to display this information for each student.8 votesHello, this idea/bug has been completed in the 9/28/2020 update. This page now displays the additional student fields configured on the Portal Options page. Also, the Stu ID, Grade, Track, Program, and these new student field columns can be sorted ascending or descending. Also, the section number is now displayed in the table header. Removed the ‘Include Inactive Teachers’ checkbox if the school is using section staff. -
