Locator Cards - Add Changes Only option
On Locator Cards, there is no option for Changes only. Schools print off of the locator cards for schedule information often and this would assist with only changes made.

Print Transcript Does Not Honor School Option to Not Automatically Calculate District GPAs
Since the 12/5/2023 update the Print Transcripts function does not honor the School Option 'Do Not Recompute GPA's and Ranks Automatically'.

CALPADS Extracts - The SPRG extract now provides multiple extract files consolidated into a single zip file due to import process changes made by CALPADS. The sub-files are pre-pended with a three-digit number indicating the order in which they should be uploaded (e.g., 001, 002, 003, etc.)

Students with Incomplete Class Schedules: update for Flex
In some Flex schools, where the schedule is not complex and/or parallels the traditional 0-9 periods, this report would still be useful to find students who are missing section(s) in their schedule. Could the report be updated to work with Flex, even if the user had to input which Flex Periods or time range and which students to evaluate? Or could the report produce a list of students who have a 15/20/30/60 minute gap in their schedule? Or could this information be provided in some other way?

Reports > Scheduling > Print Students with Incomplete Class Schedules (Flex): In Flex schools, this report has been adjusted to assist in identifying time gaps in the student's scheduled classes that might indicate their schedule is incomplete. When the agreement status changed to Pending, the system automatic send emails (signatory request email) to the list of people in the Signatories tab.

We have created documentation on how to indicate a student who has met your local requirements, so they can be identified later when it is time for graduation. Teacher Attendance - allow sorting by the Additional Stu field columns configured on Portal Options.
To help with Hybrid instruction, allow sorting by the Additional Stu field columns configured on Portal Options on the Teacher Attendance page.

Sort Report Card History by Date
Default sort Report Card History by Date.
By default, RCH sorts by Year descending, Term # descending, School # and Type. We just posted summer school report cards to report card history and parents are overlooking the report card because the most recent report card is in the middle of the page.
Would love to have an option to default by date.

Add a Delete option to the CERS extract page
There is currently nowhere to delete a Profile from the CERS extract page. Request to add a delete option to the CERS extract page so we may delete Profiles we no longer need or were added in error.

District Assets-Add option to "filter" for items in the District Asset Detail Items tab.
From the District Assets "Resources/Assets", we'd like the ability to filter the "list" of Items the Asset has, by a search option by either item or bar code.
Or
provide a "quick link" to the item details from the 'quick asset look up' page, by selecting the "item" number? CALPADS SIRS - Extract Days for Disp codes 100 110 or 200 only
In the CALPADS EOY SIRS extract, the Incident Result Durations Days should only be populated when the Incident Result Code is Suspension, In-School Suspension, or Expulsion (100, 110, or 200). Submitting days for codes other than 100, 110 or 200 will result in CALPADS Fatal error SIRS0509.

- The Student Incident Result extract (SIRS) now only extracts Incident Authority Code and Incident Duration Days when the Disposition Code is 100, 110, or 200. See EOY Discipline Files or CALPADS in Aeries Basics - Assertive Discipline.
- For the CRSE and CRSC extracts, the State Course codes list was updated to include Cambridge World Languages which now support extracting the Course Content Area subcategory.

TOMS Test Settings Modifications
Modify the TOMS Test Settings page to:
1. Remove unneeded tests
2. Add sorting by type (checkbox or dropdown) and then alphabetically within each accommodation so settings are easier to find

Contact detail - ParentSquare Notifications
The description of "Do Not Contact" in the Notification Preferences field is misleading to some school staff who may not know (or forget) that this only applies to syncing data with ParentSquare. Please rename the 0 value in the NP field to something more accurate like "No Mass Notifications" and rename the field label to "Automated Notification Preferences."

- Student Data > Contacts: The description of "Do Not Contact" in the Notification Preferences field (CON.NP) was misleading to some school staff who may not know that this only applies to syncing data with ParentSquare. The CON.NP field has been relabeled to “Automated Notification Preferences” and the value 0 in the NP field dropdown has been relabeled to “0-No Mass Notifications”.

CCGI Extract Does Not Include Duplicate Transcript Records in Same Term
The CCGI extract ignores the second course a student takes with the same course code, mark, credits attempted and credits completed in a single semester (we use F/S). Our quarter classes are not extracting correctly. The quarter classes are added to the transcript with the semester term values of 1 and 2, so some students will have 2 records with the same year, course code and term for their quarter classes. When these students receive the same mark for both quarters, then the 2nd mark will not be included in the CCGI Extract.

CCGI Extract - The extract only created one CourseGradeTemplate record for students with multiple transcript records with the same grade and year. Now the extract includes all transcript records.
