    Hello, the idea (or bug) has been completed in the 2/15/2024 update.  Here are the Revision Notes:

    School Info > Imports and Exports > Import Test Results - The Select the test/layout... field dropdown list was updated to reflect the latest testing administrations for College Entrance Tests, ensuring the latest layouts can be imported. The email message delivered to the user was also updated to reflect the latest school year. See Overview for Import Test Results. Testing layouts include:

    • AP - Test Results - SY:2016/17 - 2023/24
    • ACT - Test Results - SY:2020/21 - 2022/23
    • PreACT - Test Results  - SY:2021/22 - 2022/23
    • PSAT10 - Test Results -  SY:2019/20 - 2023/24
    • PSAT8/9 - Test Results - SY:2019/20 - 2023/24
    • SAT - Test Results - SY:2019/20 - 2023/24

    Hello, the idea (or bug) has been completed in the 3/14/2024 update.  Here are the Revision Notes:

    • School Info > Imports and Exports > Import Test Results - The page now supports the 2022-2023 file layouts for the new STAAR Interim (STRINT) and STAAR Beginning of Year (STRBOY) tests. See Test Specific Information - STAAR Interim/Beginning of Year (BOY)
    • School Info > Imports and Exports > Import Test Results - The following columns were added to the Test Scores table (TST) allowing schools to indicate the student's probability of achievement for the new STRINT and STRBOY tests.
      TST.PA1 - Probability of Achieving 1 (Approaches grade level)
      TST.PA2 - Probability of Achieving 2 (Meets grade level)
      TST.PA3 - Probability of Achieving 3 (Masters grade level)

    EM2 Mobile App - iOS users could not log onto the app when the Aeries statistic server was offline causing a JSON error message to display, fixed.

    Hello, this idea has been completed in the 06/22/2023 update. Here are the Revision Notes:

    • The Transitional Kindergarten grade level (TK) was added to Grade Level translations.     • Effective July 1, 2023, the SPRG extract no longer auto-generates program records with code 185 for Transitional Kindergarten as of a 2023-2024 database.

    Hello, this idea (or bug) has been completed in the 9/15/2023 update. Here are the Revision Notes:


    • CALPADS Extracts:
      The page now supports the new three-character language codes for the 2023-2024 school year, which will be effective 9/19/2023. The translations will automatically be added to the cross-reference table (XRF). 
    • The Parent Education Level is now extracted from the Ed Level field on the Contacts page (CON.ELV) for both parents according to the Codes Identifying Parent/Guardian in Contacts CON.CD on District Settings, due to changes in the CALPADS state requirements. If the district setting is blank, primary contacts are extracted. 
    • The Get Parent/Guardian Information from STU.PG and STU.PED (instead of CON) option is now disabled due to the changed requirements.
    • A date picker was added allowing users to select the date on which changes are submitted. The default date can be changed as needed.

    Remove the option for None of the Above/Decline to State from the survey in Parent Data Confirmation and Online Enrollment​. Parents/Guardians will need to select one of the 4 homeless options or the single-home residence.

    Hello, the idea (or bug) has been completed in the 6/15/2023 update.  Here are the Revision Notes:

    • Portal Options - The Housing Questionnaire no longer displays option 999-Decline To Answer Based on California Department of Education feedback.  See Portal Options - Residence Survey Changes for the CDE 2021 Housing Questionnaire
    • Parent Data Confirmation / Online Enrollment - The Decline to Answer option was removed from the Housing Questionnaire based on California Department of Education feedback. Users must now select one of the five options before proceeding. The alert message was revised accordingly.

    Profile - rename the report in the upper right-hand printer dropdown from "Print Summary" to "Print College Entrance Req Status".

    Hello, this idea (or bug) has been completed in the 12/14/2023 update. Here are the Revision Notes:


    School Info > Exports and Imports > CALPADS Extracts

    • In flex and non-flex schools, the CALPADS > Fall 2 > Create Course Files (CRSE/SCSE) extract included sections that did not fall on the Census Date for itinerant teachers, which generated CERT079 error in CALPADS. The CRSE process for Itinerant Teachers now only extracts sections that meet on Information Day (Census Day).  See Flex Scheduling - CRSE Extract or CALPADS in Aeries Basic - Master Schedule.

    Hello, a fix for this issue was released on 2/22/2024. Here are the revision notes: Student Data > Other > Email List

    • For secondary schools and schools using Flex Scheduling, the Counselor field now honors the Staff ID Based Counselor setting on School Options and displays the value from the Counselor field (STU.CNS) on Demographics, instead of Teacher Number (STU.CU), accordingly.
    • For elementary schools, the Counselor field was added and displays the value from the Counselor field (STU.CNS) on Demographics.
