Seniors Lacking Credit for Graduation report needs to honor Keep/Skip queries
It would be nice to be able to use keep/skips for reports like for the "Seniors Lacking Credit For Graduation By Subject" report. We use to be able to do this in CS

Separate NWEA MAP results for Alg2 & Geom from General Math
Currently the Geometry and Algebra 2 tests are being imported into Part 20-General Math. An earlier change split Algebra I off into it's own Part Number (24) to separate so it can be analyzed separately from lower general math results. The same thing needs to be done for Algebra 2 & Geometry results. There are different norms for each part of the assessment, so they need to be analyzed separately. This was requested a while ago; however with customers using alternate tests this year instead of CAASPP tests, this need as become more urgent.

Sync Case Carrier from SEIS to Aeries
We would like case carrier information in SEIS to Sync with the CSE table in Aeries.

Special Ed Data Import – There is a new option to configure Extended Fields for this process. These are additional fields that the vendor would add to the data files, which can be mapped to fields in the CSE and CSV tables. -
Quick Asset Lookup Information add Hyperlink
Add a hyperlink to the Quick Asset Lookup information page to go to the Student Assets page. This will help to quickly check in an item that is found.

New Layout for AP Test Results - July 2020
College Board has announced changes to AP results file layout, beginning in July 2020. Aeries will be making changes to the Import Test Results file. This Aeries idea will be updated when the file layout is updated.

Transcript display completion of AB 329 course requirement

Online Enrollment - Allow the use of dates instead of ages to determine if student is able to enroll.
Online Enrollment. Request to have the Enrollment Age Limits changed from age to birthdates. Even the option to use age and/or birthdate. A birthdate would assist in input errors or allowing parents to continue the process for students who are too young.

- The Enforce TK Birth Dates option was added allowing admin users to prevent a student from being enrolled in Transitional Kindergarten if their birth date does not fall within CDE eligibility guidelines. See Aeries Online Enrollment Admin Settings
- The grade level estimation for Transitional Kindergarten now reflects the latest CDE guidelines.

Please add ability to import GATE results to GTT
The GTT table does not appear under Import Data nor does GATE appear under Import Test results. Please add GTT to Import Data.

Print Emergency Student Listing needs to exclude inactive students.
When using the 'Print Student Emergency Listing' report, can you please add an option to exclude inactive students? When you run it currently, all inactive students are also included with an Teacher of 'Unassigned'. School staff doesn't always remember to run an 'Keep' query first.

CAASPP Interim Assessment Data file includes Summative Test Results
CAASPP Interim Assessment data files now include test results from ELPAC and SBAC ELA and Math tests. This is creating duplicate records for these summative tests when the file is imported into Aeries.

Allow for 4th subject area for courses
Add 4th graduation requirement subject in courses. Some graduation requirements may meet more than 3 requirements (ELD).

Remove PGM.SR from Query
Program Services - PGM.SR field has been converted to the new PGS table so queries that contain PGM.SR may not be accurate. PGM.SR needs to be removed from Query to avoid confusion for users.

Need AeriesCS Import Students form available in Web, also import student data
We need a way to import new student records into our database for the purpose of pre-enrollment similar to the Aeries CS import students form. We also need the ability to add data to existing student records like the Aeries CS form import\add data.

PSTS-Need ability to record multiple CALPADS Post-Secondary Status
Brandi with CDE confirmed that CALPADS is supporting multiple status codes for one student. We were not aware of this when we reviewed and programmed the PSTS extract based on the new code set and the file layout.
WORKAROUND: We will make adjustments in the future, but for the current Fall 2 PSTS reporting, we are only extracting one status code per student.

The new Post-Secondary Survey (PSS) table is used for the extract, and the SSD table is no longer used. Add a report for Pre-referral Interventions
There currently is no way to print pre-referral interventions. Pre-referral interventions are attached with the intervention to suspension paperwork as evidence of ongoing issues and attempts to prevent. Please add a button or report to print pre-referral interventions for a student.

Configure Vaccination Requirements – The “Load Defaults” button on this page has been adjusted to load PreSchool/Child-Care values as well as TK/K-12 values. PreSchool/Child-Care values are loaded based on age in months, while TK/K-12 values are loaded based on Grade. Changes have been made to the vaccination requirement logic to ignore age-based requirements if a grade-based requirement exists that applies to the current student’s grade-level, as to not disqualify a TK/K-12 student based on being under 60 months (which is the high age in months for most PreSchool/Child-Care vaccination requirements). Also the age in months logic was inaccurate when a student’s birthday was in the current month but had not yet occurred, fixed.
