Logic exists to pre-determine conflicts by excluding sections from displaying in the dropdown by checking if a section is already scheduled within the same period and term. Because all sections say period 0 , they are not displaying properly since flex periods are not being evaluated

On the Class Calendars page, an Admin user can Copy Class Calendars within a school or Push Class Calendars to other schools. Please change these permissions so that Copy and Push can be done by a User who is not an Admin.

On various pages and reports, the column for the Class Calendar uses different labels. Examples: Scheduling Master Schedule Details report: Days. Class Load Analysis and Locator Cards reports: Calendar. Course Requests: Meets. I think it should always use the same label. Suggestions: Days, CCal, ClCal?

Currently I can print this report and have them sorted by FTF.STI, flex period short title. Unfortunately the default bell's schedule times are printed on this report.

It is confusing to students and parents since we have quite a few bell schedules and the times are different than the default on our Minimum, Collaboration, Finals exam days.

Allowing the option to sort and print the student locator card and by FTF.STI (flex period short title) instead of the flex period time. The student locator card sorted by the time is then not sorted by the short title and is not in order and confuses students and parents.

This is because my sites have 1,2,3 as A-Day and 4,5,6 as B-Day and the time span is exactly the same. I have attached screenshots as examples.

Can we add an option to sort the display of the MST board & Flex SMS Board by the flex period # instead of the flex period time? My sites are used to seeing the display by period#, and the display by time confuses them, especially when they have paired the periods i.e. 1 & 4, 2 & 5, 3 & 6 have the same start and end times, and 1,2,3 are on A-Day and 4,5,6 are on B-Day.

In some Flex schools, where the schedule is not complex and/or parallels the traditional 0-9 periods, this report would still be useful to find students who are missing section(s) in their schedule. Could the report be updated to work with Flex, even if the user had to input which Flex Periods or time range and which students to evaluate? Or could the report produce a list of students who have a 15/20/30/60 minute gap in their schedule? Or could this information be provided in some other way?

The Independent Study Management page on the WPE Teacher View tab does not display the course information under Class Option for the logged in teacher in a flex or section staff school. Adjust this feature to look at the Section Staff in Flex Schools.

In non-flex scheduling, when creating SMS/MST sections the first number of a section automatically corresponded to the period during which the section was held, based on a School Option. Now when creating sections in Flex Scheduling the section number automatically starts with the number 1 and we need to manually adjust the section number so that it corresponds to the correct period. May we please request that feature be included in Flex Scheduling?

the data validation for the master schedule seems to still be looking at a non flex scheduling master schedule so errors are appearing
