After a parent completes Parent Data Confirmation, they can change their Authorizations, which means that reports or queries of Authorization records can become out-of-date. The customer would like an option to not allow parents to change Authorizations after PDC is complete.12 votes
We don't want them to change prior med history entries but they cannot add new ones unless they have update. Is there anyway to only allow Read and Insert so they cannot update past med history. The Med History sections disappears from PDC when you only have Read, Insert.6 votes

This would be a queue for office staff to:

------ c. deny change ( when selected email parent of change )
------ d. Notes about address change

In PDC, the Student name fields should be like the Address, where a parent can change the address, but is notified that the change will not actually happen, an email will be sent to the school.2 votes
