Mass delete fees that are not paid by certain dates OR fees with expiration dates. It would be useful to use the API to automatically create substitute teacher accounts based on the data in our substitute system. We could then email the sub their login credentials. This would greatly support subs during distance learning.

Global Messages only posts on the home page, it would be great if we could enable this for specific pages (i.e., if there are changes to attendance procedures, you could make a global message/pop up that would appear on the teachers attendance page).

It would be nice to allow certain authorizations to be hidden - particularly ones that we've stopped using so don't pertain to students in the current school year. Is it possible for you to add the student grade to populate automatically when we add a new record under Activities and Awards?

We have Counselors and Principals/APs sending families emails. They are communicating graduation and college information. It would be very beneficial if they could have an Email Log. This would help in knowing what information was sent and copying to send to other students.

For the PGM, INV, ADS and other "multi-function" screens, it would be very useful to have the available codesets filtered by which codes are chosen.

When using Foster Survey Audit the user is unable to click on the label of the radio options to select the option. They have to select the Radio button in order to see the selections. Being able to click on the label of the radio option IS A BEST PRACTICE for User Interface design.

Send Emails - Provide a friendlier message if file size is too large.
Add file size information to Send emails form so user is aware of what is allowed.

Have the ability to translate student data related pages in Aeries into other languages (like those languages available in the parent portal) so that we can print these pages in the home language for different purposes (i.e. expulsion packets, guidance packets, SART/SARB, etc).

Allow for breaking down required fields by school site. This would come in handy when dealing with schools that are not general ed and need to ensure accurate reporting to Calpads and other agencies. One such example is our Adult Ed school in which we often have grade levels entered as 12 when they should be AD (Adult).
