Have the ability to update a student's graduation track from the Academic Plan page.

Academic Plan: UC/CSU requirements tracking
Currently, A-G requirements that are above and beyond basic requirements (such as a third year of Science or Language) do not 'roll over' to satisfy the elective requirement, even though the student has a plan to satisfy the requirement.
Suggested change: Allow A-G courses in this category to show that the area G elective is satisfied. See attached example; highlighted courses should all satisfy the G elective.

Add Edit to Academic Plan
Add the edit feature to the courses added in academic plan. At the moment we only have the delete button which requires us to delete and then add a course, if we had the edit button we would save so much time.

Academic Plan Enhancements
Making the Academic Plan more reflective of what is on the Graduation Status page would make it a much more useful tool.
- We have students attending more than one high school concurrently (either a comprehensive and a credit recovery or a comprehensive and a virtual). We would like to be able to view a student's current and planned courses at all schools on the AP.
- It would be less confusing to show the credits completed on the AP instead of the credits needed (so it would match what is on the GS page)

Academic Plan - Please add Print button from Academic Plan Page and From Reports (similar to the CSU eligibility report) in an easy to read one page format.

Academic Plan: courses of default term F or S are not always being placed in the correct term
When a course sequence contains F or S default term courses, they are not always being placed in the default term.

Academic Plan Counselor summary limited to the Current Year
The other thing that Counselors have commented to me is that the Summary would be more useful if the numbers in each column could apply to a time period (e.g. one year). Our Counselors would like our student/Families to review/revise their Academic Plan EACH YEAR before scheduling. It would be helpful for them if the Columns Approved, Pending Submission, Pending Approval, & No Action could be limited to a certain time period (like the current Academic Year). Academic Plan - Option to remove Summer
When students are entering into their academic plan, it would be nice to disable the summer column. Only a specific set of courses are offered in the summer and we only allow make up of credit deficient work, so we do not want students to add summer as a plan on their own. It is great as an option for counselors to fill in on the back end and to see what courses were taken in the summer.

Academic Plan: semester-length Courses place as year long in Texas schools
AP and transcript Fall and Spring Courses span the full year on the AP grid. Transcript Courses add row under row, by year, instead of in the same row. AP Courses can't be dragged to another year/term.

Set Academic Plan status to blank after new window opens
At the beginning of a new Academic Plan entry window, all of the previously "approved" records move to the "No Action" column. However, the status on the Academic Plan page still says "Approved" for these plans that are now in the No Action column. Please update the Academic plans with the correct status for consistency.

Allow to add additional Requirement tabs for planning to meet Academy requirements
Similar to the UC/CSU Tabs, allow for creating Academy requirements which would show progress towards meeting the Academy requirements. We have 5 Academies presently.

Term Column and dropdown on Academic Plans should honor terms - exclude Summer when not set as a term
We do not want 'Summer' Term to show up on our Academic Plans when a school does not have a 'Summer' Term configured. The documentation states that the terms on the Academic Plan follows the Terms that are configured -- but this is not the case regarding Summer.

Transfer Course Requests to Academic Plan
Input course requests on course request page, then transfer them to the academic plan with the click of one button. OR add the "add many new records" feature to the Academic plan.
